As progress continues to build in the creation of the new housing development, known locally as the Schwab Housing Development, the City of Sutton, along with listing agents Max Bergen and Monica Smith of Bergen Real Estate of Sutton, have shared that six lots in the new development are now under contract.

After an incredibly successful year of shooting, the Hillsdale College Shotgun Team finished the season with the biggest possible win: the ACUI/SCTP Division II High Overall Team National Championship. Taking place at the National Shooting Complex in San Antonio from March 19-23, the competition featured 1,150 athletes from 107 different schools, 20 of which were teams competing in Division II.

Week two award winners for the Sutton Trap team, for the shoot, Saturday, March 30, at the Crooked Creek Gun Club near Stockham included Aniston Jasnoch as the junior girls runner up, hitting on 39 of 50 targets. Jasnoch also joined forces with Gretha Andersen to claim the junior girls runner-up team title, as the two combined to hit on 71 of 100 total targets.

Week two action for the Sutton Fillies track and field team earned the Sutton girls a total of eight medals and 32 team points as the Fillies wrapped up the Thayer Central Invitational in eighth place.
