Catastrophic building collapse suffered in Clay Center Oct. 14

The building that housed the Clay Center Fitness Center, on the north side of the Clay County Courthouse square, suffered a catastrophic roof collapse early Saturday evening, Oct. 14, leaving the north side of Fairfield Street closed through at least Monday, Oct. 16.
