Schwab ground work is underway

Scrapers prove to be the workhorses for Van Kirk Bros. Construction, as they began shaping the contour of the new housing development owned by the City of Sutton. Work began within the past week and a half on the development.

Several pieces of earth moving equipment started digging into what is called the Schwab Ground in southeast Sutton over the course of the past week and a half. Van Kirk Bros. Construction is performing
the transformation of the northernmost 40 acres of the 80-acre tract of ground, adjacent to the Fox Hollow Golf Course, located just to the east of the new housing development for the City of Sutton.
