Grethe Andersen, along with Elsa Andersen and Leah Cool, proved to be the Sutton Trap teams’ big award winners this past week, as Grethe Andersen and Cool combined to win the overall senior division ladies championship over Gibbon, as the girls were 173-200, while Gibbon was 168-200.
Grethe Andersen was also the overall ladies runner up, hitting on 91 of 100 total targets, trailing only that of Gibbon’s Brook Sell, who was 92-100.
Elsa Andersen was the top female shooter in the 16-yard opening round shoot, as she was 47-50.
Gavin VanderLey continued his strong shooting for Sutton as he was 94-100 overall, but missed out on a top-two award by one target.
Laurel Moore had a strong day as well, hitting on 86 of 100 targets for the senior division.
On the junior division side of the weekly shoot, Jesse Mohnike led the Sutton Juniors, followed by Davin Higby, as Mohnike was 44-50, while Higby was 43-50.
