Sutton’s eighth-grade basketball team ended their season with a 34-1 record, taking the champion title at the following tournaments: Junior High Season—EMF, Thayer Central, and Sandy Creek; weekend tournaments— Wood River, Freeman, Holdrege, Thayer Central, and MIT in Lincoln.
