Sandy Creek earns 7th place at C2-4 District competition Monday
Sutton’s One Act—“The One Act Play Disaster”—earned the runner-up title at the C2-4 District competition at Southern Valley Monday, Dec. 2.
Sutton earned 169 points, just 11 behind champion and state-bound Johnson-Brock, who earned 180 points. Johnson-Brock also took home the first-place spot for tech theatre with 59 points.
Sandy Creek earned seventh place with their one act “Things Fall (Meanwhile),” also earning seventh for tech theatre, with 151 and 49 points, respectively.
Other schools performing and their placements include Southern Valley, third; Deshler, fourth; Heartland, fifth; and Superior, sixth.
