Village of Glenvil Minutes of Meeting: November 20, 2024

The meeting of the Glenvil Village Board of Trustees met at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2024, at the Glenvil Village Clerk’s Office. Trustees present were Zach Stiner, Bill Sullivan, Matt Whitten, Jeff Keeler, and Emil Sommerfeld. Pam Johnson present. Josh Dittmer present.

Notice of the meeting was given by posting in three public places. The Village of Glenvil, Post Office, and C & M Supply.

Josh Dittmer gave the utility report. Whitten made a motion to have foursix parcels with existing year on the nuisance program for the 2025 season and act on the nuisance abatement. Motion seconded by Keeler. Motion carried by roll call vote: Stiner, Sullivan, Whitten, Keeler, and Sommerfeld, voting yes.

Discussed Resolution Nov. 20, 2024, and will get additional information on liens.

Whitten made a motion to approve Resolution 11/2024 signing of the Year-End Certification of City Street Superintendent and Year-End Certification City Street Superintendent incentive payment calendar year 2024. Stiner seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote: Stiner, Sullivan, Whitten, Keeler, and Sommerfeld voting yes.
