After seeking counsel with Shon Lieske with Lieske, Lieske & Ensz PC, Tristan Speake Smith expressed his want for a preliminary hearing during his further hearing Nov. 5, in Clay County Court.
The hearing is set for 2:30 p.m., Nov. 26.
According to Judge Michael P. Burns, Speake Smith’s four counts include attempted murder, a Class II felony; use of a firearm to commit a crime, a Class C1 felony; criminal trespass, a Class I misdemeanor; and burglary, a Class 2A felony.
