Freshman Embry Frazier wrapped up his first-ever season of boys cross country for the Sandy Creek Cougars program in action at the D-4 District meet at Camp Kateri, just south of McCool Junction, Thursday, Oct. 17.
Frazier placed 70th in the field of 78 total runners with his 5000-meter time of 25 minutes, 21.49 seconds.
Winning the boys race was Nebraska Christian junior Jacob Swanson with a time of 16:58.73, while a pair of Doniphan-Trumbull runners, Kaser Johnson and Tice Yost, finished second and third, respectively, as Johnson was second with his time of 17:01.53, while Yost wrapped up the race with his time of 17:42.64.
